The HR Team at Sense is looking to recruit an HR Systems Information Manager to lead our People Information team.

About the role

Based at TouchBase Pears our newly built state of the art centre in Selly Oak, you’ll take the lead for reviewing and enhancing our HR systems and providing insight into what our people data is telling us.

As a Systems Information Manager you’ll work with across our business with our core customer groups; social care, education, retail and charity. You will need to develop an in depth understanding of the systems requirements and data drivers for each group.

This is a great time to join Sense. With our new CEO, we’re working together to finalise our new strategy and in HR we’re right at the start of some really exciting projects. We are currently working on raising the profile of Sense as an employer, increasing ways to engage with our workforce, rationalising our HRIS and payroll systems, enhancing our leadership and management development offer and much more.

We’ll encourage you to work closely with our People Partners and HR team in Birmingham and London to grow your network in the not for profit sector.

About you 

Ideally CIPD qualified, you’ll need to have a proven track record in leading the review of business processes and in implementing large scale HR systems changes. You’ll need to understand the challenges our different customer groups face and the people data and insights they are likely to need. You’ll be an innovative and resilient leader able to drive real change and make a difference to the people we support.
