The Office Manager will have;

Significant experience of providing administration support to senior management or Board level roles.

Experience of running a busy office, managing incoming enquiries and supervising the work of others.

High levels of attention to detail in written communication and practical application

Skills in running events, media and recruitment campaigns

Skills in establishing good relationships, negotiating contract terms with suppliers.

Experience in managing facilities and estates functions would be an added benefit.

Citizens Advice Sandwell is a busy charity with six offices across the Borough, plus a number of outreach sites.  We offer advice and support to around 13,000 people a year and have over 50 staff. 

We have a management team and a Board of Trustees. This role will play a key part in the smooth running of the organisation, as it will ensure that people have the systems, resources and support they need to carry out their roles. It will ensure that the Board of Trustees have timely and relevant information to carry out the governance of the organisation.

The role will primarily be based in West Bromwich, but some travel around the Borough will be involved.
