We help young people from all backgrounds get the best start in work and life through experiential careers advice activities and access to guidance from peer role models. Each year we engage thousands of young people in skills competitions right across the UK, where they improve their technical and employability skills to the highest possible national standard.
Then we select the best in the UK and put them into an accelerated development programme to compete with the best in the rest of the world.

We are seeking to appoint a Head of Digital and Marketing who will enable us to engage effectively with a variety of audiences in pursuit of our business objectives. This includes B2B engagement with employers and education providers as well as to showcase our thought-leadership work.
Your key objectives will be to create and own the digital vision for WorldSkills UK and develop coherent digital and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online growth and engagement with our products.
