Direct Marketing Manager (Retention)
Prospectus is excited to be partnering with an international human rights organisation working with some of the poorest women and girls in the world to improve their lives and give them a voice. We are working together to source their new retention specialist to join their proactive and progressive donor marketing and wider fundraising team.
Our client's mission is to end violence towards women and girls, support women's economic empowerment and to fight for the rights of women and girls in areas of humanitarian crisis. Working across Africa, Asia and Latin America our client listens, collaborates and learns from the world's poorest individuals to give them a hopeful future.
Reporting to the Retention Manager, the retention Specialist will focus on managing the campaigns strategy which includes using data to develop, implement, manage, monitor and evaluate campaigns with a focus on the retention of existing donors. Responsibilities will also include working with agencies and suppliers to project manage the full cycle of direct marketing campaigns alongside the supporter experience team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in project managing direct marketing campaigns from concept to evaluation. The Retention Specialist will have strong knowledge of operational budgeting, financial planning and be willing to epitomise a feminist leadership approach. Our client is looking for someone proactive and creative to join their passionate and driven team.
