This important HR Assistant role will be working for an amazing Children and Youth charity based in central London. You'll be integral in helping them in a number of key areas which includes Recruitment , L&D along generalist HR duties.

The reason for the role is due to extra workload needing to be completed before the end of March 2019 The charity is situated in modern offices close to both Victoria and Green park.

You'll be helping with new startes with their induction , E learning platforms and employment references. You'll also be monitoring the feedback from training and advising where possible. Finally you'll be updating the HR database when required.

To be a success you must have HR experience (ideally recruitment and L&D) and able to hit the ground running. It's a friendly team so they need someone that can build strong relationships across the charity.
