Director of Income Generation
St Peter’s Hospice, Bristol
Up to £80,000 pa, depending on experience
37.5 hours per week
St Peter's Hospice is a well-established local charity in Bristol providing care for patients with life limiting illnesses and support for their families.
Our current Director of Income Generation is retiring in May, creating a unique opportunity for someone to lead all areas of income generation for Bristol's only adult hospice. This includes our chain of 51 charity shops, all areas of fundraising, marketing and communications.
We are looking for an inspirational leader with experience of managing diverse teams and multi-million pound budgets and a track record of consistently improving financial performance.
Our highly effective commercial team is justifiably proud to have delivered 4 record breaking years in a row and will look to a new director to continue this trend.
In addition to having experience gained at a senior level within business or the third sector, ideal candidates will be used to managing senior managers and specialists as well as working collaboratively with other directors and Boards.
If you have the experience, drive, determination and gravitas to rise to this challenge, we would like to hear from you.
For more information and to apply, please visit https://www.stpetershospice.org.uk/work-for-us
Closing date: 6 February 2019
We plan to hold first interviews w/c 18th February 2019 and final interviews w/c 4th March 2019.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be available to commence before the end of May when our current director retires.
