Asset Manager (Property / Facilities)

Position: Senior Property Asset Partner
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands, NG1 7BT
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, Flexible working, Full time, Job share, Part time
Salary: £42,056 per annum

About the role:
They are looking to appoint a Senior Property Asset Partner, to join their Facilities and Property Asset Management Team. You will have line management of between two and five professionals.
Reporting to the Head of Property Asset Management, the purpose of this role as a senior manager is to deliver effective management of the Corporate Real Estate, maintain close and collaborative day to day working relationships with colleagues in the Facilities Management team, liaise with key stakeholders within Finance and Business Services Directorate, as well as other stakeholders across the business and with the Cabinet Office (Office of Government Property and Government Property Agency).
You will assist and advise the Head of Property Asset Management on the implementation of our clients Estate Strategy and property management, property acquisition and disposal, landlord and tenant management and management of external professional advisors. Management of corporate real estate with existing use value of circa £50m.
You will deputise for the Head of Property Asset Management from time to time, as required and have regular liaison with other government department tenants and management of the tenant income stream.
There will be some travel from time to time to our client's 14 offices and 3 data centres, with overnight stays where necessary.
About you:
To be successful in this position, you will hold significant experience in a relevant role, with knowledge and experience of statutory and regulatory requirements and codes of practice in respect of property management.
You may have experience of the following: Property Asset Manager, Estate Management, Asset Management, Business Change Manager, Compliance, Sustainability, Contract Management, Health and Safety, Landlord, Tenant, Facilities, Property Management, Facilities Manager, etc.
