We have an exciting new job opportunity for a Stock and Fulfilment Assistant to join us and deliver a general administrative support function to the Customer Care and Operations teams within the Customer Service Centre whilst also delivering a fulfilment service to the fundraising directorate

You will contribute to the continuous development of activities, systems and processes relating to all aspects of fundraising and event administration for supporters.

About you


To be successful in the role you will have relevant experience of working in an administrative and/or customer/supporter care environment. Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of MS Office is essential.

With strong communication and time management skills you will have a positive and can do attitude. Previous experience of using database packages would be advantageous.
