Visitor Services Team Leader

Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with a well-known gallery to assist in their search for 2 new Visitor Services Team Leaders. This role will help manage, motivate and develop the gallery's visitor services team.
You will enhance the knowledge and performance of the team in order to increase visitor engagement and enhance the galleries reputation as a visitor attraction. You will ensure the visitor services team proactively encourages donations and merchandise sales.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable customer services experience with some experience of line management. You will thrive in busy environments but also ensure you keep busy when the gallery is quiet. You will be friendly and engaging with a strong sense of leadership.

This is a part-time, 4 day week role.
