Child Sponsorship Modernisation Project Manager
Fixed Term for One year, Part-time (3 days per week)
Are you are looking for an exciting opportunity to transform the way ActionAid works on Child Sponsorship across the world.
The successful applicant will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Child Sponsorship Modernisation Project with the overall goal of stemming the decline in Child Sponsorship income.
With proven Project Management experience, you will manage the Child Sponsorship Modernisation Project, working with our selected supplier and the Project Team to develop a new system to administer Child Sponsorship operations. You will have experience of working in a global setting and will be confident to lead this ambitious and exciting project.
You will lead on planning, resourcing and budgeting for the project and guide the selected supplier to develop a more effective system to manage Child Sponsorship. In addition, you will work with fundraisers across ActionAid to streamline business processes.
You will have the ability to interpret technical information and these skills will be complemented by strong communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills and you will be effective at inspiring, motivating and leading others.
