Global Individual Giving Lead
Are you are looking for a fresh opportunity in a role that you can make your own while influencing the growth of individual giving in a major international NGO? We are looking for a highly successful Individual Giving Lead to head up our Global Individual Giving Team at an exciting time. You will be working with a range of fundraisers across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas, supporting and enabling teams to grow income from individuals across the world.
You will support countries to maximise donor acquisition, retention and engagement globally, including in child sponsorship. You will join working groups to input into the design and implementation of a successful global peer to peer network and on innovation of Individual Giving fundraising products, with a focus on external trends and best practice.
With proven Individual Giving expertise you will manage ActionAid’s dynamic and motivated International Child Sponsorship Team. You will ideally have experience of working digitally and in a global setting and will be confident to develop ambitious, yet realistic fundraising strategies and plans. With technical skills that are complemented by strong communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills you will be an effective, inspiring and motivating leader.
