About this job

This new project is funded by the Big Lottery Fund and is delivered in partnership with Citizens Advice Manchester. The project aims to support people living in Manchester, Bolton and Salford to have an improved quality of life by reducing their isolation, increasing their independence and improving their financial, employment and housing situations.

As Administration Officer, you will have all round administrative skills with knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages and bespoke databases. A background in events administration is desirable. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels, both orally and in writing.

You will be part of the admin team based in London whilst supporting the project in Manchester and therefore the ability to develop and maintain relationships with office and home-based staff is essential. In addition you will have an ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload, a willingness to undertake other responsibilities and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will be joining the project from its inception and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, collaborative and friendly team.
