Job Details

Prospectus is excited to be collaborating with The Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, an inspiring international development charity who empower and develop women entrepreneurs across the globe to establish and successfully grow their own businesses. They achieve this through the delivery of their high-impact mentoring programme for women entrepreneurs in low and middle income countries. At an exciting time of growth and opportunity for the Foundation, they are now looking to recruit an exceptional Programme Manager to take responsibility for the application processing and intake function of their Women in Business Mentoring Programme.

In this exciting new position, you will have full oversight of the planning and delivery of the organisation's three annual mentee-mentor recruitment cycles, ensuring that those within your team deliver a service in line with the programme's methodology and standards. Reporting to the Head of Mentoring, you will coordinate every stage of the application and matching cycle, and will take a lead on ensuring that partners, potential mentors and mentees, and funders have a high quality experience of the Women in Business Mentoring Programme, contributing to the effectiveness of the quality and retention of mentor pairs. Additionally, you will also build relationships with networks for future mentor recruitment.

To be successful in this role, you must possess demonstrable experience of overseeing and delivering application and intake processing for large volumes of users; open to the background of candidates, this could be from the private, public or charity sector. Due to the nature of this role, you must be attentive, articulate, and detail-orientated, as well as extremely competent in using Excel to manage data and analyse user information, often to tight deadlines. Finally, a strong commitment to the Foundation's vision, mission and goals combined with a passion for women's economic empowerment is essential, as is the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in an ambitious, forward-thinking organisation, passionate about driving social change. Â To apply, please upload a Word Copy of your CV - a full job description will then be provided to shortlisted candidates
