Citizens Advice BANES is an independent local charity providing free, confidential information and advice in a number of locations across Bath and NE Somerset, and campaigns for change on issues affecting our clients. Our workforce is made up of paid staff and volunteers and we deliver advice and information services to over 8000 individuals each year.

Role details

We are seeking to appoint a CEO to be responsible for the strategic development, financial management and operation of the organisation, generating income and maintaining successful relationships with stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for the vital work that Citizens Advice undertakes, and has experience in strategic planning, partnership development, and guiding an organisation through a period of transformative change.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the Local Citizens Advice in Bath and NE Somerset and will report to the Trustee Board.
