Location: Slimbridge, Gloucestershire or London or Home based
Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £28,775 per annum

Our client currently has two vacancies, one permanent role and one fixed term contract for maternity cover so please state which role/s you would like to be considered for.

This charity's Policy & Advocacy team works to engage with and influence these audiences, developing and advocating policy positions, building external relationships and advising internal colleagues seeking to build broader support for the organisation.

They are looking to build their capacity here, and grow their team. This is an exciting time to be joining the charity, and if you are a creative thinker, a persuasive advocate and a committed campaigner with a passion for conservation, they’d love to hear from you.

They have a flexible approach to where you are based but you must be prepared to travel to their HQ at Slimbridge in Gloucestershire and to London on a regular basis.

Our client is a conservation charity that protects wetlands for wildlife and people. They conserve, restore and create wetlands. They are pioneers in saving wetland wildlife, both in the UK and around the world. At their 10 UK sites over a million visitors a year engage with wetland nature. They work internationally in key global wetland areas, balancing conservation with sustainable livelihoods and influencing national and international conservation policies.

In return for your hard work and dedication you’ll enjoy a wide range of benefits including:

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing to 30 days after 5 years’ service (pro-rata for Fixed Term Contract)
  • Contributory pension scheme (conditions apply)
  • Life assurance
  • Free parking
  • Cycle to work scheme
