Deputy Care Manager (Nights)

Their night team provides an excellent service to adults with epilepsy, learning disabilities and complex health needs within their own home unit. Position: Deputy Night Care Manager
Location: Perry Green, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire (Commutable from Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow, Stevenage, Cheshunt and surrounding areas)
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours over 8 nights (10 hours per night); 21:30 to 07:30, 4 nights on duty 4 nights off duty
Salary: £23,153 to £26,432 per annum

About the role:
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Deputy Night Care Manager to join their existing night team.
You will be working as part of a multi-skilled team and you will make a difference in ensuring a seamless service between days and nights, supporting the Centre Night Managers with both care and staff management.
About you:
If you are caring, compassionate and looking to develop your career then this could be the role for you. The post requires NVQ level 2 in Care or equivalent, experience of working with people with learning disabilities, and ideally you will have an A1 assessor’s award.
Our client is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, vulnerable adults and young people. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced criminal records check (DBS) which will be paid for by the centre. They are an equal opportunities employer.
