Interim Facilities & Estate Manager
This is an immediate start, ongoing interim role working for a National Charity based in the City of London.
Reporting to the Head of Workforce, as the Facilities Manager you'll be solely responsible for coordinating the activities of the various estates and sites all of which are London based, and very little travel is required between the sites ensuring service delivery is met in timely and cost-effective manner. The Facilities manager will identify new premises, tracking all planning applications for new premises, managing the relocation and closure of projects, as well as managing the budgets for refurbishments and on-going projects.
Knowledge of Statutory Health and Safety is essential, as risk audits will need to be completed by the Facilities Manager, as well as the arranging and managing any ongoing maintenance work.
