We at Prospectus are excited to be partnering with a pioneering and award winning international development charity to recruit for an Institutional Fundraising Manager. They focus on improving the lives of the poorest people around the world by providing clean drinking water and conserving precious farmland.

This is a senior role within the programmes team. The post holder is responsible for driving the institutional fundraising strategy to secure and manage significant income from a diverse range of donors, such as governments, international organisations, multi-donor funds, and large trusts and foundations that operate grants in a similar way to recognised institutions. As a confident networker, you will represent the organisation at meetings, forums and events, as well as support engagement with key funders, in order to initiate and strengthen their relationships.

They are looking for demonstrable experience of securing and managing grants from institutional donors working in an international development organisation. The ideal person would have experience managing and/or securing funds from DFID, EU, USAID and/or international organisations in either a programmes and/or funding capacity.
