Job Details
TPP are supporting a well-regarded military care and veteran's charity in their search for a Head of Major Giving, based in London.
Joining a well-known organisation, this is a great role where you will be responsible for leading their Major Giving team. Focusing on 5 figure gifts and above, you will identify new and develop existing support from major donors, trusts and foundations, and statutory funders. You will have a leading position, sitting on the management team and line managing 3 whilst also taking responsibility for the wider team!
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in high value fundraising both with trusts and major donors
- Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to take a strategic approach to fundraising and lead a team
- Knowledge of budgets and proactive approach to achieving targets
