Our client, one of London's leading higher education establishments, is currently looking to recruit a temporary Programme Administrator to provide key administrative support in a student facing environment.

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to various learning and teaching programmes across the department and assist with the organisation of student assessments. You will be the first point of contact for students, staff and external enquires, dealing with a range of queries, issues and circumstances. You will also support the administration of electronic student records and virtual learning platforms including SITS, ensuring that procedures and programme documentation is kept up to date and stored accordingly.

Contributing and supporting related activities in the department, you will also assist with marketing, admissions and the enrolment and induction of new students.

To be considered for this post, you will need to have previous administrative experience within a higher education environment along with excellent IT and communication skills. With the ability to work independently and proactively, you will have the confidence to deal with a wide variety of people, prioritise competing deadlines and comprehend complex situations quickly.
