Contract: Permanent, full time.
Salary: £36,788 (£32,336.93 plus £4,452 London Weighting)

You will join our growing Supporter Services Department at an exciting time as we reach the third year of our ambitious five-year fundraising strategy. Supporter Services and Supporter Care are central to this strategy, so we have invested in a number of new roles and introduced ways of working. Our goal is to ensure our supporters have positive and memorable interactions that deepens their relationship with our cause and retains their support for longer.
Who We Are Looking For
A people manager with excellent communication skills, able to motivate your team of 10 to achieve both shared and individual goals, bringing out the best in people in a charity that invests in personal development
A relationship builder who thrives in collaborative environments with a range of partners
An expert in customer service, passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement of customer care and business process
