Description
- Lead on the development of the long-term digital strategy
- Lead on the development of a prioritised and costed roadmap for delivering core areas of the new Digital Strategy
- Manage other staff within the Digital team to helm the website, social and email.
- Oversee the CRM implementation from the CRM Manager
- Oversee the new online portal from the Web Manager
- Deliver effective analytics which can be leveraged in increasing engagement, visits, and revenue.
Profile
The successful Senior Digital Manager will have:
* Proven experience in digital media, preferably within arts, heritage, travel or tourism.
* Significant understanding of digital strategy implementation.
* Experience overseeing large scale digital projects.
* Possession of strong strategic skills with the ability to analyse business issues objective and recommend successful solutions.
