HR Administrator
Our client is a national charity that supports those affected by imprisonment and their children and families.
Position: HR Administrator
Location: London SE5
Job type: Full Time, 1 Year Fixed Term Contract from start date
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £19,890 per annum
Benefits: Generous annual leave entitlement, cycle to work scheme, eye care vouchers plus more.

About the role:
This is an exciting new opportunity for an entry level HR Administrator, looking to further their career in HR administration.
As HR Administrator you will be a first point of contact for staff, responding to day to day personnel-related enquiries. You will work flexibly within the HR department to ensure effective administrative support is provided across the functions including contributing to their on boarding and off boarding processes, assisting with preparing their monthly payroll reports, preparing paper work and organising meetings for their Employee Relations Related case work. You will also assist with taking minutes of HR related meetings and ensuring their HR data sources are up to date, confidential and accurate.

A friendly fast paced team of 5 (including 2 volunteers) whose practices are embedded in the heart of the charities ethos.
About you:
You will have previous administration experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and excellent attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and you must be proficient in the use of MS Office. Experience of using HR Databases is also beneficial.
