Position: PA/Coordinator to Director of Fundraising 
Location: London, EC3N 2AE 
Contract type: Full time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 per week 
Salary: £29,281 actual per annum

About the role: 

This post reports to the Director of Fundraising and the Director of Development is a member of the Fundraising Directorate. 

As well as providing PA support to the fundraising directors and administrative support to the Fundraising team this role will work alongside colleagues in various fundraising teams to coordinate the work of the directorate and supports cross directorate working. 

About you: 

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter coming from a solid Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant background. You will be responsible for the following duties: 

- Extensive diary management for two directors 
- Management of two busy inboxes 
- Attending meetings and taking minutes 
- Working collaboratively with other Pas in the Society 
- Occasional assistance with reports across the organisation 
- Producing documents and preparing presentations where necessary 
- Making and organising travel arrangements 

You will also have excellent prioritisation skills and be able to track multiple conversations and projects, be positive and highly resourceful.
