Leadership and Regular Giving Manager
University of Warwick
£40,792 - £48,677

The University of Warwick is one of the most successful young universities in the UK. With a dynamic and forward-thinking culture, and a reputation for combining innovation with the relentless pursuit of excellence, it is firmly established within the top ten of all UK university rankings and currently 51st in the world. Its Development Office is on a similar trajectory. With the appointment of Matt Ferguson as its Director of Development at the start of 2018, the team has been challenged to raise the funds needed to take the University and its students to the next level.

To help meet this challenge, and following a comprehensive review of Regular Giving by Grenzebach Glier and Associates, the role of Leadership and Regular Giving Manager has been created, and presents an exciting opportunity to lead a team in an expansion of Leadership Giving (gifts at £50,000+). The post holder will also develop a new portfolio of Regular Giving products that support a significant increase in funding.

This role will require knowledge and experience of Regular and Leadership Giving and project management, in order to develop the new programme. It will also make use of line management experience, in order to lead the team of two Development Executives and a Regular Giving Officer.
