Position: Team Coordinator - Legal and Governance
Location: Crutched Friars, London, EC3N 2AE
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £24,393 actual per annum

About the role:
They have an exciting opportunity to join the Legal and Governance team which comprises the Legal, Company Secretarial and Information Governance functions and is part of the CEO’s office. They are looking for a self-motivated and organised team co-ordinator to improve the team’s filing and archiving systems, establish and maintain improved legal and governance databases and provide an outstanding administrative support service for the team working in a fast-moving environment.
As Team Coordinator you will have an important role using your insight to help to align the work of the team with their objectives, being a key point of contact with a number of internal and external stakeholders and dealing appropriately with routine administrative tasks.
You will also support and liaise with other co-ordinators across the Society to help them understand and complete legal and governance processes, including signature and storage of contracts
About you:
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and demonstrably strong verbal and written communication skills. They will have excellent judgment and strong interpersonal skills and a confident approach in dealing with colleagues and stakeholders. Experience in maintaining management information systems is desirable, as is an interest in law and governance matters.
This is an important role; one where the post holder can make a real and lasting impact on how the team operates and supports the organisation in playing a significant role in defeating dementia.
