The client is a global Not for Profit and Charities organisation based in London with a hundred year history.
Description
The Digital Project Manager sits within the Global Digital Marketing team. The role entails working closely with the external design agency, ensuring user-information is effectively leveraged, and working with internal stakeholders to demonstrate tangible reward.
Current BAU consists of uploading content daily, but the pushing remit of this role will be to benchmark and optimise user-journeys across the domain. Currently, there is a consensus that the information available is unnecessarily long and detailed. Content needs to be pruned to ensure optimal user engagement and efficacy. There will be input into information architecture to ensure intuitive page flow and signposting to essential content, as well as the look and feel of the site generally.
Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate credibility and pedigree, and be culturally sensitive in dealing with multiple different offices. As well as project management capability and a deep understanding of online content management, they will need to be able to deal with senior stakeholders. Primarily to hold the external agency to account, but also to ensure the project has demonstrable value to internal stakeholders.
