Salary
Circa £50,000 per annum
Closing date

The Felix Project is a dynamic London charity working with food suppliers and charities and schools to reduce food waste and food poverty. From small beginnings in 2016 with one van and one member of staff we are now delivering the equivalent of over 3 million meals worth of food each year.

We plan to expand our services and for the next 3-5 years this growth will initially be focused in London.  We already have a waiting list of charities and schools that we are unable to supply due to capacity or geographic constraints.

This is an exciting time to join our expanding charity and be instrumental in our future success.

Role: Senior Fundraiser – Trusts and Major Donors
Salary: c. £50,000 p.a.
Contract: Full time, permanent
Location: Central or West London with some home working available

Working closely with key stakeholders, our Senior Fundraiser will create and implement a Trust and Major Donor strategy, growing our income through relationship development, focussed research and grant applications.

You need experience as a trust and relationship fundraiser, with the ability to deliver to targets and KPIs, and identify new opportunities to maximise income potential.

An excellent communicator and writer, you will have strong research and analytical skills, with a proven ability of preparing detailed high-quality reports and documentation.

You will have a solid track-record of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.

While experience in a food-based charity is desirable, it is essential that you have a methodical, results focussed approach to work, with strong IT skills and are passionate about reducing both food waste and food poverty.
