Job Details
A well-respected research organisation are now looking for a Senior Office Administrator to join their team.
This role is a permanent role paying between £32,000 - £35,000 per annum. They also offer a brilliant benefits package including 27 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
The Senior Office Administrator will provide high level admin support to the Executive Team, with specialist support to the Head of Finance and Core Services. You will also deal with the office management, as well as dealing with suppliers. The organisation is planning on moving offices towards the end of this year, so if you have experience of arranging this that would be an advantage.
Your main responsibilities will include
-Manage the general administration for the Executive team.
-Provide diary management and other team support.
-Lead in the planning, setting up and facilitation of meetings.
-Be the first point of contact for visitors.
-Acting as first point of contact for landlord and managing agent.
-Review of supplier contracts.
Their ideal candidate will at least 2 years' experience of working in an office administration role. If you have experience of managing an office relocation that would be a huge benefit.
They are looking for someone to start in the role as soon as possible.
