The British Heart Foundation is driving a period of dynamic digital change and growth. Senior leadership has set the ambition to grow digital revenue beyond £50m and transform our audience reach and impact.
Vital to realising this is delivering on ambitious new features and functionality roadmaps across our customer-facing digital estate, including core high-demand platform bhf.org.uk and digital fundraising, retail and healthcare products and services.
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst who thrives working in fast-paced digital teams.
About the role
You'll be capturing requirements for new digital functionality briefed in from across the business and creating high level designs, detailed specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
You'll work closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, key users and development teams to manage requirements and specifications through end-to-end delivery of digital products and services.
Part of the role is to support and diagnose issues reported by users and working with 3rd parties or internal teams to ensure these are resolved quickly.
About you
With significant proven business analysis experience working on complex technology products/systems, you'll have strong experience brokering business and product requirements into deliverable effectively scoped technical features and functionalities
Possessing a formal qualification in business analysis, you'll also have strong experience of designing processes, analysing data and workflow and driving improvements in user experience.
