We are looking for an experienced, professional and highly motivated Senior Finance Business Partner.

37.5 hours per week
Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience

The emphasis of this role is to be forward looking, providing forecasts and modelling of future activities whilst working with budget holders across the WWT group to provide useful and timely information to enable good decision making.  This role oversees the management of the charity’s project accounts and restricted funds to ensure that income is appropriately accounted for whilst also assisting the Head of Finance with the compilation of the annual budget, forecast and annual audit. Occasional travel to other WWT locations will be required.

You will bring a number of valued attributes including your strong customer service focus and the ability to build effective and collaborative relationships.  You will be able to communicate clearly and to deal professionally with external suppliers, internal and external customers and advisors.  You will be able to solve complex accounting and system issues and work flexibly to adapt systems to organisational change.  You will work in an organised manner with excellent attention to detail and a high level of competence with MS Excel and an awareness of charity accounting is required.
