Digital Analyst / Insight Manager – Maternity Cover

Position: Digital Analytics & Insight Manager – Maternity Cover 
Location: Godalming, Surrey (with some flexibility regarding office / home ratio) 
Job type: Full Time, 12 Months Fixed Term Contract 
Hours: 37 hours per week 
Salary: £30k to £35k dependent upon experience (flexible working options can be considered)

About the role: 

Use your analytical and insightful mind to help grow a movement that will transform food and farming globally. 

Join Compassion’s Global Digital Team as we commence an ambitious programme of organisational growth. Help put our movement of website users, activists, supporters and donors at the centre of everything we do, by building understanding of our diverse audiences and enabling us to make data-driven decisions. 

You will collect and present key performance data and dashboards, showing how people consume and share our content across websites, email and social media, gathered via a range of analytics tools. You will use your excellent analytical and problem solving skills to derive insights and produce strategic and tactical recommendations for conversion rate optimisation. 

About you: 

Using your experience optimising digital fundraising, you will lead our work to enhance participation in individual giving, as well as providing ad-hoc insights on optimisation opportunities across all our main communication channels.
