This additional spend will be used to create posts that will be directly linked to improvements in their services to make sure their customers see and benefit from these changes.

They are looking for two Housing Operations Team Leaders to join our team in Leicester reporting to the Housing Operations Manager. Some of the duties will include you to;

• Implement project plans for the Operations team to deliver such as policy, procedure and systems reviews so customers get excellent service
• Identify new opportunities for ongoing improvement and ensure operational changes are implemented effectively with a strong management approach
• Develop effective relationships within the business that can maximise opportunities for continuous improvement to achieve the best outcomes for our customers
• Provide experienced, qualified advice and guidance in policy development to colleagues to identify risk, support and decision making
