Senior Community Fundraising Officer

We're currently recruiting for a Senior Community Fundraising Officer to join a well-known and innovative health charity based, the Terrence Higgins Trust.
Sitting in the Community Fundraising team and working closely across the organisation, the Senior Community Fundraising Officer reports to the Head of UK-wide Fundraising and provides line management to the Community Fundraising Officer. The Senior Community Fundraising Officer is responsible for raising money through community sources, including bars, clubs and theatres as well as schools and universities. A key part of the role is to lead on flagship campaign World AIDs Day, which combines community activities, venue nights and challenge events during a key and exciting time of year. It also leads on a portfolio of high-value running and challenge events including London Marathon, Brighton Marathon and London Landmarks.
The Senior Community Fundraising Officer will have the chance to get involved with helping with strategy and with the testing and implementation of new programmes and products.
