Castle Vale, Birmingham
37 hours per week (Monday – Friday) 4/5 Days per week
6 Month Fixed Term Contract
An innovative housing association with strong social values, our client is committed to sustaining the regeneration of Castle Vale. As a resident-led organisation, their style is community and customer focused. They manage 2,400 homes on the regenerated Castle Vale Estate and are also responsible for a range of initiatives to support and sustain the community.
Our client now has a fantastic opportunity for an interim Asset Management Director to provide strategic direction and operational delivery of the asset management and development portfolios.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and a member of the Executive Leadership Team you will develop and maintain a robust assessment of the performance of their property assets and maximise return on investments. You will be an active member of the Executive and will contribute to the strategic management and direction of the Group.
They are looking for an inspirational leader with the ability to motivate others to work effectively in an ever-changing environment and ambition to meet their corporate objective of providing ‘great homes and excellent services’ to their customers. You will have experience of delivering a great asset management service across both planned and responsive areas and experience in ensuring compliance and health and safety.
The Group has an ambitious development programme and you will have knowledge of the development process within social housing and have experience of managing development activity from inception to handover.
