Community Fundraiser (Maternity Cover) 

Our client is a registered charity dedicated to the provision of hospice care for children with life-limiting conditions and their families in the South West. 

Position: Community Fundraiser (Maternity Cover) 
Location: Charlton Farm, Wraxall, near Bristol with some remote working in the Community Fundraising Area 
Job type: Part Time, Maternity Cover Fixed Term Contract - anticipated end date of contract is February 2020 
Hours: 22.5 hours per week 
Salary: £26,184 to £30,743 per annum (Actual £15,923 to £18,695)

About the role: 

They have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Community Fundraiser to join their busy team at Charlton Farm. They are looking for an individual with the drive to develop income, build relationships, grow event support and initiate opportunities. 

About you: 

An exemplary public speaker, you will raise significant awareness of our client by achieving demanding speaking engagement and other non-financial and financial targets. Leading volunteer management within the area, excellent organisational skills and proven success in a relevant role such as fundraising or sales is essential. 

Whilst this role is primarily based at Charlton Farm, there will be significant time spent in the Community Fundraising area of Bath and North East Somerset. This interesting and varied role has a requirement to work at weekends and at different locations across the South West and the UK at times. A full UK driving licence is an essential requirement.
