Fixed term for 12 months
8.0 hrs per week, worked Mondays and Thursdays

Skills:

• Must have own personal lived experience of mental health challenges
• Must show evidence of good interpersonal skills and have an ability to form peer relationships with service users
• Must be able to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with a wide range of people including young people
• Must have good IT skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet)
• Must have good literacy and numeracy skills
• Must have experience of carrying out assessments
• Must have experience of promoting a service
• Must have good communication, motivational and negotiation skills
• Must have the ability to understand the wellbeing needs of and working with people with mental health needs, including those from culturally diverse communities
