The Service Support team will ensure the smooth running of the operationally focused department. The department provides an exciting opportunity to deliver and continuously improve support services to the department, be the first point of contact for stakeholders and partners requiring support, as well as developing operational relationships.

Working with a friendly and dynamic team based in the Leeds city centre regional office you’ll play a key part in supporting the department, stakeholders and partners, enabling the effective and efficient delivery of all departmental activity. This would include supporting financial management, supporting our partners, management information, and the introduction of new systems and processes to ensure best practice.

You might have worked in a business support role and this is an opportunity for you to develop your organisational, communication and technical skills in offering support to the team, department, stakeholders and partners.
