HR Business Partner 

Our client is an organisation that provides a range of housing and varied support services to vulnerable people. Their aim is to support people in achieving their full potential. They are currently going through a large period of growth and have a vacancy for a HR Business Partner. 

Position: HR Business Partner Organisational Development 
Location: Bolton or London 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £40,950 to £44,000 (if London based) + £5109 car allowance; 
£30,600 to £33,000 (if Bolton based) + £5109 car allowance

About the role: 

Our client is looking for a HR Business Partner to support organisational effectiveness by developing and implementing organisational development solutions aligned to top-level HR strategy. 

You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that organisational development and leadership / personal development solutions and initiatives are timely, effective and relevant. You will also provide a consultancy service that delivers HR best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR functions. 

About you: 

The Successful candidate will be a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), or equivalent professional body, with a degree or equivalent in Human Resources or other discipline and evidence of CPD. 

You must have substantial HR experience within a multi-site setting and a proven track record in successfully implementing and managing HR Projects, as well as a proven ability to develop a good understanding of business issues and how to identify and deliver HR interventions and solutions to meet business needs 

Experience of successfully developing, leading and implementing management development and other learning strategies would be critical for this role as would successful experience of managing teams towards high performance. You will also have organisational development experience with multiple stakeholders and matrix relationships. 

You will need up to date knowledge of current and future employment legislation and best practice. Knowledge of organisational development, succession planning and Talent management and of project management methodologies would also be required. 

Any relevant management qualification or training, coaching qualification or similar or Project Management Qualification would be beneficial to the role but is not essential. And a track record of contributing to the management of change successfully and experience of leading on restructuring programmes would also be desirable a would previous experience in a Business Partnering role. 

If you have an understanding of the social housing and / or charitable sectors including context and constraints this would be advantageous but is not essential.
