Digital Analyst (Digital Communications)

Position: Digital Communications Analyst
Location: Croydon, London, CR0 2AQ
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 36 hours per week, Flexible working, Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £34,412 per annum
Benefits: Access to Civil Service pension and benefits arrangements, generous leave allowances and flexible working, An employee recognition scheme, Long-service awards. Maternity and adoption leave of up to 26 weeks’ full pay, followed by 13 weeks’ statutory pay and a further 13 weeks unpaid. Paternity leave allowance of two weeks plus four days’ paid leave. About the role:
Our client is looking for a Digital Communications Analyst to provide analysis and insights about their digital communications activity and make recommendations on how they can improve their digital content and channels to achieve their communications objectives.
You will be joining a small, friendly digital communications team which is part of a wider Corporate Communications Team. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to get involved in wider communication campaigns and work with communication experts in different fields – ranging from graphic design, media relations, digital and external communications.
As the lead for communications insight, you will monitor and evaluate the performance of their communication channels and campaigns. You will work with colleagues to produce internal and external campaign dashboards.
About you:
- Google analytics skills to set up custom reports and goals
- Google Data Studio skills to create dashboards
- Excel skills to extract and manipulate data
- Data visualisation skills, to design clear and easy to understand reports
- Experience of using data to give actionable insights and recommendations for improvements
- Knowledge of digital communication channels
- Analytical minded with good attention to detail and the ability to identify trends
- Communicating and Influencing
- Managing a Quality Service
