A well-respected membership body are now looking for a Specialists Society Administrator to join their team.

This role is a permanent role paying £28,108 per annum. They also offer a brilliant benefits package including 25 days holiday, plus 4 closure days and bank holidays.

The Specialists Society Administrator will act as support to a group of societies. This is a great opportunity to use your administration skills to support your societies with a wide variety of activities. You will work alongside 2 other Specialist Society Administrators and closely with the wider organisation of 30 staff.

Your main responsibilities will include

-To open the post, email and take telephone calls on behalf of the Executive Officers.

-To provide personal assistant support to the President and Council members of each specialist society.

-To be present at meetings, courses and conferences to troubleshoot problems, and liaise with members, registrants and faculty.

-To act as a central point of contact for queries from committee members.

Their ideal candidate will have experience in working in a varied and general administration role within a membership body. You must be well organised with the ability to multitask with strong time management skills

They deadline for applications is 5pm on the 28th December. They are looking for someone to start in the role as soon as possible.
