Job Details
Prospectus is partnering with the Cherie Blair Foundation as they look for their new Director of Partnerships, to develop and implement a three year fundraising strategy and secure funds from corporates, individuals, trusts, foundations and institutions. They are keen to find someone who can lead the team and contribute to the delivery of the organisational strategy.
The Director of Partnerships is responsible for generating the Foundation's income and will also play an active part in building the profile of their programme work with donors, partners and other stakeholders. Reporting to the CEO, this position is part of the senior leadership team and will be responsible for building a positive, entrepreneurial and collaborative culture for the Partnership department and shape this culture within the wider organisation.
The Foundation is looking for an established fundraising leader, with great team leadership skills and a strong record of success in generating income. The successful candidate will have an understanding of and passionate commitment to international development and women's rights. An ability to demonstrate personal resilience and self-motivation under difficult circumstances is essential.
