Head of Enterprise

We are working with a well-known housing and community charity based in Watford to recruit a Head of Enterprise, the successful candidate will have experience of managing commercial enterprises over a multi-site operation.

Main duties for the Head of Enterprise:
Support the Director of Operations in the delivery of all enterprise related strategies across the charity
Overall operational management of enterprise services, including gym, community hubs and day care nursery
Lead motivate and support managers within each function
Assist with drafting and negotiating of tenders, contracts, bid submissions and strategic partnerships
Develop user engagement and satisfaction monitoring tools
Ensure that maintenance and repairs are organised with head of safety and compliance

Essential criteria for the Head of Enterprise:
Detailed understanding of commercial service delivery and business modelling
Extensive experience working at a senior level, leading and motivating a team
Experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with agencies in the statutory and NFP sector
Multi-site service experience
Strong budget management skills
Good relationship building and negotiating skills
Ability to travel to multiple sites
