Job Details
TPP are working with a leading Children's Charity based near Angel and Old Street. They are searching for an experience HR Business Partner with safeguarding experience.
The client is rapidly expanding with another set of funding that could stretch over 5 years, they need someone who can manage a highly complex case work.
The organisation has increased by 14% since last year this is due to the new funding as well as 4 recent mergers. This means you will need to be skilled with dealing with complex TUPE cases.
The company does require 36 months of references and personal references to cover gaps.
This role does require, complex case work experience as well as TUPE experience. It is essential you have safe guarding experience. You will need to be immediately available and happy to interview on the 9th January as well as be happy with the salary of £36,800 p/a.
