TPP is proud to be exclusively recruiting for a Fundraising Manager for a small women's health charity which provides advice and support to women suffering from a gynaecological condition that affects over 1.5 million women in the UK. This is maternity cover for one year, paying £29,000 to £35,000 and based in London. The role is full time but an exceptional candidate may be considered part time on a 4 day basis.

The role will involve leading the charity's community fundraising programme which is their biggest source of income. This will involve developing and delivering on a series of events, some of which are bespoke to the charity. You will also aim to diversify income through individual giving and by spotting grant opportunities to trusts and foundations. Additionally, you will support on the charity's corporate partnership with a leading insurance company. Finally, you will line manage one administrator.

To be successful in this role you will have sound fundraising experience. You will have excellent relationship building skills to engage and enthuse donors and/or supporters with the charity's aims. You will be able to work collaboratively, especially within the context of a small charity, where you will be expected to roll up your sleeves!
