We have an exciting new job opportunity for a Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and make a real difference to the work that we do.

In this job you'll report into our Senior Retail Marketing Executive and support the team on delivering an impactful marketing calendar.

You'll work on marketing project activity within our stores and act as a point of contact on these projects for internal and external stakeholders. Working alongside agencies and printers to produce in-store marketing materials, you'll also ensure these are created on time & within budget.

Responsible for creating monthly competitor reports to feed back to the team, you'll provide administrative support on financial budgets. Working with your digital colleagues your job will also be to share social content to enhance BHF awareness goals for shops & stores.

About you

We're looking for a well organised individual with excellent communication skills. This role will involve working with internal and external stakeholders so you'll need to be comfortable building successful working relationships quickly.

Adept at MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint, any knowledge or previous experience with Adobe or Photoshop would be desirable. With previous experience working within a fast-paced team you'll be very motivated and enjoy working with others but also have the initiative to work on your own. Strong communication skills are essential and retail experience, either shop or head office would be advantageous.
