Position: Project Administrator - Technology 
Location: Cambridge (Commutable from Cambridge North, Milton, Ely, Swavesy, Histon & Impington, Oakington, Fenstanton, St Ives, Cambridgeshire, Huntingdon, Newmarket, Saffron Walden, St Neots, Bedford, Hitchin, Stevenage, Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas) 
Job type: Full Time, 24 months Fixed Term Contract 
Hours: 35-hour working week 
Salary: £22,658 to £25,176 per annum plus benefits

About the role: 

Our client seeks a Project Administrator to join their Technology Business Relationship and Project Management teams. 

As Project Administrator: Technology, you will support their Business Relationship Management team, and more frequently, their Project Management team in delivering technology-based projects to our client. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

- Taking accurate notes at key project meetings 
- Promptly recording and communicating actions to project teams and stakeholders 
- Arranging project meetings with stakeholders and suppliers 
- Contributing to maintaining and updating risks, issues, plans and project documentation 
- Project reporting and updating the Project Portfolio 

About you: 

- Strong attention to detail. 
- Good team working skills and a professional approach with colleagues, customers and suppliers. 
- Previous Administration experience 
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) 
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 
- Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload and be able to meet deadlines in a flexible manner 
- GCSE grades A-C 

Desirable: 

- Experience of working in an Information Technology environment 
- Experience of working in a Project Management environment 
- Prince 2 Foundation qualification 
- Experience of using Microsoft Project 
- An understanding of Portfolio and Programme Management (PPM) 
- A levels (or equivalent) or degree
