Conversion Lead

I am currently recruiting a great Digital Conversion role for a Charity in Central London. They are currently looking for a Conversion Lead on a permanent basis. They would also consider taking someone on an interim to permanent basis. The role will be paying up to £40,000.

This is a really exciting time for the Charity who have a number of really interesting marketing and digital roles in their fundraising team. The new Director of Income has joined the organisation from a commercial background and is looking to change approach they take to acquiring donors.

The postholder will have a broad remit and will be tasked with generating income through digital delivery to meet income targets. You will responsible for proactively growing income across the fundraising product portfolio by focusing on increasing conversion metrics for the Charity via on-site conversion. Responsible for championing best practices with SEO, CRO and UX.

You will be part of a small internal consultancy team helping the whole fundraising department turn information into knowledge, so that they take the best decisions to drive fundraising growth.

Ideal candidates will display:

• Experience in tracking and analysing web traffic
• A track record of creating digital content
• Experience of web development
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of Episerver, Google Analytics and SEO
