Job Details
Job Title: Business Development Manger
Hours / contract: 37.5 hours per week / permanent
Salary: £40K per annum plus bonus scheme
Location: Hampshire
We are working with a wonderful health care social enterprise who are seeking a new Business Development Manager to join their team and maximise new income generation.
This is an exciting role for an experienced and strategic business development professional and offers opportunities for innovation, development and growth of existing services. The post-holder will lead, direct and manage all business operations for the organisation.
To be successful in this role you will be a motivational leader and will be able to demonstrate:
- A proven track record of successful business development
- Substantial commercial knowledge
- Management skills and experience
- Exceptional ability to lead and motivate staff
- Drive, commitment, enthusiasm
