Prospectus is delighted to be recruiting for an International organisation, to recruit a Head of Data and Analysis, specifically relating to women's rights. You will be responsible for ensuring that data and analytical insight is utilised to its full potential.

The organisation has recently reviewed their CRM and has started the processes of moving to a new system. The successful candidate will enter the organisation at a time where they will play a key part in the shaping of this major project. The Head of Data and Analysis will work on the change management piece in order to ensure that the CRM is delivered and implemented fully. You will line manage four direct reports and will work as part of the wider team in ensuring that data and insight is utilised to its full potential.

The selected candidate will have substantial experience within a similar role, with proven experience of leading and motivating a technical team. You will have a deep understanding of CRM systems, with an expertise in supporter data and analysis and how it can impact organisational performance. Experience of running a large change management process is desirable, however not essential.
